MP Design Studio is based in downtown Edmonton, Alberta. We work with small businesses on brand, website, marketing, and operational projects. Our remote onboarding workflow supports teams across Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Starting a project

To begin, contact us to start a project or request a consultation. Tell us about your goals, priorities, preferred timeline, and the service area you need help with. You can also include your team size and preferred launch date, especially if the project is time-sensitive.

Our initial process includes a short scope discovery call. We use that conversation to understand your goals, align on voice and direction, define ownership, and identify the information or assets needed before design and launch. We then map milestones and prepare a practical roadmap within a realistic budget window.

Most clients begin within one to two weeks after onboarding. The exact start date depends on scope, availability, and how quickly the required information and assets are ready.

Online and remote access

We expanded our onboarding workflow to support teams working remotely across Alberta and Saskatchewan. You do not need to be located in Edmonton to begin a project. Contact us to confirm fit if you are based outside those areas.

We do not publish the specific video-conferencing platform, consultation length, online scheduling process, or remote collaboration tools used for client work. We also do not publish a separate online-consultation booking URL. For now, use the contact page or reach us directly by email or phone to arrange the next conversation.

How project work is delivered

We plan first, design second, and move through short execution cycles. During the build and iteration stage, we review work together and keep changes practical and reversible. This approach allows the project to develop through structured feedback rather than one final review at the end.

Our delivery process has three stages:

1. Discovery and alignment: We map goals, define responsibilities, establish scope, and set the project roadmap.
2. Build and iterate: We create the agreed design, website, marketing, or operational materials, then review and refine them in short cycles.
3. Launch, training, and support: We prepare the work for go-live, provide documentation and process handoffs, and train your team on the relevant workflows.

For website projects, we can connect forms and booking tools to common CRM or spreadsheet workflows. We keep these integrations lightweight and documented. We also provide simple content-editing workflows and short video walkthroughs so your team can make regular updates after launch.

After launch

Website and systems projects include a structured 60-day support window. We also provide optional monthly support plans for updates, optimization, campaigns, and reporting. Depending on the engagement, ongoing work may include new pages, campaign updates, local-search improvements, or operational refinements.

Project work includes a tailored timeline and milestone plan. Some packages also include a launch and training session, monthly reporting, team training, or standard operating procedure documentation. The specific deliverables and handoff materials are confirmed during scoping.
